Founded in 2018, Mt. Kad Pride Venture is a community-driven initiative focused on empowerment and transformation. Our name, “Kad,” connects us to the land and its people, while “Pride” reflects our strength and determination. We work with 615 women and 1,000 farmers, creating a vibrant community centered on fair trade practices and collaboration.
We believe coffee farming can drive social and economic change, particularly for women, young mothers, and youth. Through fair compensation and growth opportunities, we empower our community and ensure our coffee is produced with integrity.
